Moved from a Fanatec CSW 2.5 to the La Prima: better at feeling the edge and catching slides, gained 3-5 tenths in iRacing formula cars, though 12 Nm was too much and they run 10 Nm; needed to buy the bottom mount.
Owns both the Fanatec ClubSport DD and the La Prima and finds the Asetek's feedback crisper and more detailed; support is amazing and it's worth the extra cost.
Upgraded from a G25 to the La Prima; after removing an old LUT it feels like a fantastic sweet spot, and customer support is very accessible.
The TK edition La Prima base feels premium, matching only Simucube for build among bases they've used, and 12 Nm is plenty; it's very heavy and its mounting slots need Asetek's front mount.
Mounted their TK bundle base directly on a GT Omega Apex wheel stand and it stays secure with no movement at full torque.
Runs the La Prima base and finds 12 Nm will have you sweating; no need for more.
Their TK La Prima turns smoothly with no cogging.
Calls their La Prima the best wheelbase they have ever used, and likes how easily other wheels plug into the Asetek quick release.
Has had the La Prima base with a Forte wheel for two years: everything is well made and reliable, with fantastic ergonomics and really good force feedback.
Is happy with their Asetek La Prima, though they have nothing to compare it to.
Loves their La Prima base from a Black Friday bundle: great force feedback and build, no cogging, beginner-friendly software with per-game setting guides, responsive Discord support and an excellent passthrough quick release.
Upgraded their La Prima/TK base from 12 to 16 Nm with the Forte PSU and found the extra power makes a wildly different experience, possibly all they'll ever need.
Tried their TK La Prima at Asetek's 16 Nm ACC setting but went back to 12 after a week, liking the added detail; very happy with the roughly $800 TK combo.
Their La Prima wheelbase randomly lost power and disconnected mid-race in an MX5 Cup race at Laguna Seca.
Uses the La Prima base with a Simagic GT Neo and says it works like a charm; loves Asetek's ecosystem and quick release.
Came from a Thrustmaster T300 to a La Prima base and really loves it; the detail took getting used to and they find its power more than enough.
Their La Prima base has worked flawlessly for three years; a paddle issue on the rim was RMA'd and fixed in a couple of weeks with shipping paid by Asetek.
Really happy with the quality of their La Prima base and wheel, and likes the upgradability Asetek offers.
Had a La Prima for eight months and misses it: smooth and responsive, conveying weight transfer better than their current Simagic Alpha; broke a pogo pin (user error) but a $20 PCB fixed it.
Has used the La Prima for six months coming from a G29: day and night better, works with every PC game they tried except Forza Horizon 5, some per-game button setup needed, no reliability issues.
Their La Prima wheel wasn't recognized in RaceHub; support RMA'd the base and wheel and a developer remotely found a stray driver; it has worked flawlessly since.
Repaired a used La Prima with a $25 part from fast Asetek support and found it designed to be user-serviceable and open to other brands; works fine on a desk mount.
Has raced on the Asetek La Prima for two years and is really happy; at an expo it felt better than MOZA and slightly better than Simagic Alpha, close to the Invicta in detail.
Has had the Asetek La Prima bundle for about six months without a single issue and would buy again.
Loves their Asetek La Prima bundle: great quality and strong, detailed force feedback.
Their Asetek La Prima worked well.
Got the Asetek La Prima bundle on sale after five years on a G29 and feels they entered a new universe; far more detailed feedback even at low strength.
Upgraded from a MOZA R3 to an Asetek La Prima set and finds it a night-and-day difference, though they are still tuning it in and are slower for now.
