One profile on their Sim-Lab P1X Ultimate was tapped off-centre and unusable; support sent a replacement within a week or two. Sloppy QC, but the rig has been solid since.

Went with a Sim-Lab P1X Ultimate and a 25 Nm base for their first rig two months ago and is still loving it, racing at least four nights a week.
At 183 cm, a budget tube cockpit gave them knee and wrist pain and eventually an injury. After buying a Sim-Lab P1X Ultimate they can do four-hour endurance races without any pain.
