Coming from an old NLR F-GT Elite, the ClubSport Cockpit is a bit sturdier, easier to set up and super adjustable for switching drivers and between rally and GT, with some undocumented quirks.
Wishes they'd gone with an aluminium profile rig instead of the ClubSport GT Cockpit: harder to mount a ButtKicker and limited seat options.
Has the ClubSport GT Cockpit: the most immersive rig they've tried and seriously rigid, with not a hint of flex on an Asetek Forte.
Bought the ClubSport GT Cockpit after NLR failed to ship and loves it: very rigid, comfortable, adjustable enough and good looking.
Has the ClubSport GT Cockpit and finds it great for VR racing, but wishes they had a profile rig: it's hard and expensive to expand and parts are often back-ordered.
Went from a Sim-Lab P1X Pro to the Fanatec cockpit and prefers its simple, clean turn-on-and-go setup, which is easier to share with friends.
Finds the Fanatec ClubSport GT Cockpit great overall, especially its adjustability, but the bracket needed for the shifter flexes.
Their knees hit the wheelbase mount of the ClubSport GT cockpit when trying to heel-and-toe, which rules it out for them with three pedals. Also considers it overpriced.
At 6'4" uses this cockpit with a MOZA R25 base and a 45-inch curved monitor and says it works great. Had no trouble with an R12 on it before either.
Moved to the Fanatec ClubSport cockpit; finding their position took a long, frustrating time and they occasionally hit their knee, but now they can sit as long as they like without discomfort.
