Their R16 Ultra keeps randomly power-cycling in Xbox mode despite working with support.
Went from an R12 to the R16 Ultra: the new motor makes force feedback noticeably smoother, but the firmware isn't that good yet.
Upgraded from an R3 bundle to an R16 Ultra with a CS Pro wheel and Simsonn pedals, mainly for rally games. Finds the level of detail insane in comparison and expects never to need another upgrade.
