Their Alpha EVO 12 Nm is absolutely incredible; running about 10 Nm, they doubt they'll want more.

Owns an Alpha Mini and EVO 12 Nm and much prefers the EVO's smoothness in LMU.
Their first DD, a 12 Nm Alpha EVO, is freaking amazing after a G29; 80% is plenty of torque.
Three months with an Alpha EVO 12 Nm on an NLR wheel stand and very happy; 12 Nm is perfect even at 80%.
Their Alpha EVO 12 Nm is quieter than their R5 was, except when the cooling fan rarely kicks in.
Their Alpha EVO 12 Nm (not Pro) is completely silent.
Returned their Alpha EVO 12 Nm for a Simucube 2 Sport; quality was fine but the Simucube is on another level.
With 200 hours on each, prefers the 12 Nm Alpha EVO to the R12 V2 for software, build and FFB.
Swapped a Moza base and ESX wheel for the Simagic 12 Nm and GT Neo and couldn't be happier.
Their Simagic 12 Nm is superior to the Fanatec setup they had, whose quick release coupling cracked.
Ran their 12 Nm Alpha EVO desk-mounted at 6-12 Nm without issues.
Switched from a MOZA R9 V2 to the Simagic EVO 12 Nm and finds it buttery smooth, as expected from direct drive.
Upgraded from a G29 to a 12 Nm Simagic base and felt they expected too much from the direct-drive hype; it wasn't life-altering at first.
Tried the Simagic EVO 12 Nm after a CSL DD 8 Nm: a bit more detailed and sharper but not mind-blowing, with some noise, so they returned it.
Got rid of a Fanatec wheel that disconnected after three months and highly recommends the Simagic Alpha EVO bundle.
Has the Simagic Alpha EVO 12 Nm and finds it strong enough that they feel no urge for a stronger base.
Owns Simagic's 12 Nm EVO base and doesn't find it robotic at all. Explains that MOZA bases have a lower slew rate and feel more damped and heavy, and that the Simagic can be set up the same way with more damping and inertia.
Started with their Simagic EVO 12 Nm clamped to a 4–5 cm thick desk, which handled it without any issues.
